The small print. Arthur read most of it.

Policies, terms and other important paperwork—written clearly enough that nobody should need to ask Arthur what he meant.

Terms & Conditions

Workshop note

The following contains the official wording. Arthur has been specifically asked not to improvise.

Terms & Conditions

The official agreement between you, us and the part of Arthur that still believes paperwork prevents trouble.

Last updated: 1 August 2026

1. Who we are

Properly Wrong is operated by Singularis Media Ltd, a company registered in ENGLAND AND WALES under company number 13141659

Our registered office is:

Unit 3 Chiltern Court, Asheridge Road, Chesham, Buckinghamshire HP5 2PX

You can contact us at support@singularis.co.uk

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Singularis Media Ltd, “You” means the person placing an order through properlywrong.com.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply whenever you use our website or buy something from Properly Wrong.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract and that the information you provide is complete and accurate.

Arthur has checked this paragraph twice. This has not noticeably improved it.

3. Our products

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens, printers, fabrics and batches.

Many Properly Wrong products are produced after you order them. This helps us avoid filling a warehouse with several thousand shirts bearing opinions Arthur has since reconsidered.

Small differences in print position, colour or finish that are normal to the production process will not usually amount to a fault. Your statutory rights still apply where a product is faulty, misdescribed or not fit for purpose.

4. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the selected products.

We will send an email acknowledging that we have received your order. A contract is formed when we confirm that we have accepted the order.

We may decline or cancel an order if:

  • the product is unavailable;
  • the payment cannot be authorised;
  • the delivery information is incomplete or incorrect;
  • we suspect fraud or misuse;
  • there is an obvious pricing or description error; or
  • we cannot lawfully fulfil the order.

If we cannot accept an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the website in the currency selected or displayed.

Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be shown before you complete checkout.

Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not normally receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Discount codes must be used according to their stated conditions. Unless we say otherwise, codes cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively or combined indefinitely in a magnificent tower of discounts.

6. Production and delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed appointments with destiny.

Unless we agree otherwise, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made.

Delivery may be completed by a fulfilment partner or courier. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you nominate.

Please check that your delivery address is correct before submitting the order. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where reasonably incurred.

Where tracking shows an order as delivered but it cannot be located, please contact us promptly. We may ask you to check around the property, with neighbours and with the delivery carrier.

Where a parcel was left in a location not authorised by you, we will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Cancelling an order

UK consumers normally have the right to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason.

Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for the cancellation period, return procedure and any applicable exceptions.

Starting production does not automatically remove your cancellation rights. However, the statutory cancellation right may not apply to products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you.

8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and match their description.

Please contact support@singularis.co.uk promptly if an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect. Include your order number and, where useful, clear photographs of the problem.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Intellectual property

The Properly Wrong name, Arthur character, artwork, product designs, photographs, text, slogans and other website content belong to us or are used by us with permission.

Buying a product does not transfer ownership of the design printed on it.

You may not copy, reproduce, manufacture, sell, distribute or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

Arthur is particularly sensitive about people stealing ideas he has not yet finished misunderstanding.

10. Acceptable use of the website

You must not:

  • interfere with the operation or security of the website;
  • attempt unauthorised access to any account or system;
  • use automated methods to scrape or copy protected content;
  • upload malicious code; or
  • use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers or the business.

11. Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

Our products are supplied primarily for personal and domestic use. We are not responsible for business losses, loss of profit or interruption to business arising from consumer use of the products, except where the law does not allow such liability to be excluded.

12. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.

If such an event materially delays your order, we will contact you where reasonably possible and take steps to minimise the effect. You may have the right to cancel if the delay becomes substantial.

13. Personal information

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We share only the information reasonably required to process payments, fulfil orders, provide support, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services, legal obligations or workshop arrangements change.

The terms applying to your purchase will normally be those displayed when you placed the order.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of ENGLAND AND WALES

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or another country, you may also benefit from mandatory protections provided by the law where you live.

16. Contact

Questions about these terms should be sent to:
